The mediation will be performed by the registered geometrician Mattia Rosa, enlisted in the Register of Estate Agents of the C.C.I.A.A. (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) of Trento with the Registration Number 1355.
A standard form (selling orders, purchase propositions, visits sheet), comprehensible and well-arranged, will be used for the realization of the intermediation, deposited at the Chamber of Commerce of Trento in comply with legal requirements.
The sale as well as the purchase will be performed step by step to the point of a notarially certified contract. Furthermore, assistance will be guaranteed also for the post-sale period.
Prior to the conclusion of the preliminary contract:

Subsequent to the notarial certification:
- assistance in registration of domestic use;
- complement of the cession form for the real estate at the municipality;
- cost estimate of notary charges;
- handing over of all required documents to the notary;
