In Locca di Concei, in the historic center of the town, house “earth – sky”
free on three sides and composed of 4 floors above ground.
Historic building dating back to the beginning of the 19th century.
The building was partially restored at the beginning of the
80s.
The house is currently inhabited only on the first floor
where we find a three-room apartment in a reasonable state of use.
On the second floor there is another housing unit of approx. 95 square meters to be restored.
On the ground floor of the house there are the cellars and a use garage
warehouse.
The attic floor is composed of a single room at the
rough of approx. 95 square meters with an average height of 3.20 ml.
